The course has been developed in direct response to the requirements of building construction standards and seeks to improve the competency of construction trades alongside local construction management demands. It proposes that building executives or construction managers actively engaged in the sector be given the chance to enhance their theoretical abilities to a level they deem suitable for their requirements, with exit awards available at both Certificate and Diploma levels. As a participant in this course, you will earn the capacity to identify the developmental stages of a residential building and increase your understanding of contemporary building standards while enabling you to manage a building portfolio throughout time. In light of today's demand for enhancing construction trade, adapting to industry advancements and contemporary construction processes will require you to evaluate your project in compliance with international standards or local regulations, while comprehending the sequencing, planning, and management skills essential for construction operations. Additionally, the training will enable you to express and apply an understanding of planning procedures, health and safety laws, other legal obligations and risk management techniques.
